Better Context Chat, Faster Copilot++
- Better context chat: in particular, followups are now smarter!
- Faster Copilot++: a few hundred milliseconds faster, through various networking optimizations. We still have several hundred additional milliseconds to cut here.
- More reliable Copilot++ changes: less flashing, better highlighting of what's new.
